Testimonials

"Fabulous beyond measure! Louisha is a delight with a gentle presence and quite impactful for our group. Many thanks, we were most grateful” M. Galantino, Stockton University

“It was an excellent event, exceeding our expectations for a meaningful, relevant experience for students.” P. Donahue, Stockton University

"You know when you meet someone and they exude an energy, a light, that just feels awesome to be around? That's how I felt when I met the radiant and joyful Louisha Barnette last Friday at an International Women's Day conference in Durham. She's a holistic health practitioner and yoga teacher, and when I found out she was teaching Soul Yoga the next morning, I made a point to get out of my Saturday jammies and be there, and I'm so glad I did. I had forgotten how good for the soul yoga can be, and how it melts away stress." Heather, Women Take No Bull Conference

"Your presentation was so inspiring and life changing! I have been reminding myself that resistance comes before surrender, throughout my runs and it has been so helpful We are very much interested in developing a collaboration where students can learn healing techniques. Lets stay in contact about this." NC A&T DOPE Conference

"The psych department should just hire her for every other Friday because she just

rearranged my soul. The affirmations at the end really completed the experience in an

awesome way. I really extremely enjoyed this session." NC A&T DOPE Conference

"I love what you are doing and to see the passion behind your business. You are beautiful and amazing! Keep up the good work!"

"The Taking Care of MEEEE workshop was a profound experience for me. I was finally able to clear my mind of senseless and sometimes negative, inner chatter. I have been able to move beyond past and current difficulties by using the tools I learned such as positive thinking and expecting great things. A complete experience for mind, body and spirit."

"Louisha came to SEED Summer Camp and taught the kids how to make healthy spaghetti using zucchini noodles. However, what the kids and I really appreciated was her holistic approach to eating as a way of being in accord with the earth. the kids were drawn to her magnetic energy and I can't wait until she comes back to show us how to make her famous peach cobbler."

"I loved how she had us do engaging breathing exercises and yoga; she exceeded my expectations and ended with positive affirmations."

"I enjoyed the yoga session. Even though it was hard and a struggle to get my leg up, I feel more open and better. I like the message of positivity as well."

After I finish yoga in the middle of my work day I go back to work feeling more focused, energetic, and can notice and improvement with my breathing. A problem or situation that may have bothered me before I went to yoga is no longer an issue once I'm finished with a session. I sit and stand with a better posture, which is a feeling that usually lasts longer than just one day. I believe that I have increased my confidence with my body and feel little to no stress at all once I return to my daily activities." Frank, Biolabs
